液压机用液压缸结构优化软件开发
Optimization design programme of hydraulic cylinder for hydraulic press
【摘要】 液压机用液压缸是高压容器,对应力十分敏感,局部应力过高往往导致其过早损坏。本文以复合形法为优化算法,用FORTRAN语言编制有限元和优化计算程序,采用四边形单元自动划分网格并利用AutoCAD软件实现有限元前、后处理的可视化。通过优化实现合理匹配液压缸的主要几何参数,使液压缸满足强度要求的同时重量减轻;选择适当的法兰过渡形线,减小局部应力集中,使液压缸的局部应力状态得到改善。通过与厚壁筒理论计算结果进行对比,验证了软件的可靠性。
【Abstract】 Hydraulic cylinder for hydraulic press is very sensitive to stress as a high pressure vessel. Local high stress always causes damage beforehand. The complex method was adopted as its optimizing arithmetic.The FEM and optimization programme were compiled with FORTRAN language.Quadrangle element was used in automatic mesh. Visualization of preceding and behind disposal were realized on AutoCAD software platform. Having optimized structural parameters, the lower weight cylinder could be got under intensity limit.By selecting optimized flange transitional curve, the stress concentration was reduced. The computation results from this programme were compared to those from theoretical formula to verify the reliability of this software.
