基于有限元分析的液压机上横梁结构改进设计
Structure improvement design for upper beam of forging machine based on FEA
【摘要】 针对某型号锻压机床在工作过程中的不稳定问题进行分析,改进设计方案,达到增强锻压机床上横梁的结构稳定性以及减轻其重量的目的。采用有限元分析模式及ANSYS-Workbench软件,对锻压机的上横梁进行静态有限元分析,得到应力和应变分布云图及应力集中和最大变形的位置。根据分析结果进行强度校核和结构改进,再次进行有限元分析,验证改进的可行性。比较两次分析结果,达到了减小上横梁横向变形差,即增强稳定性的目的,以及减轻了上横梁的重量。
【Abstract】 The problem that the forging machine was unstable during the work was analyzed.By improved methods,the way to make the upper beam of forging machine more stable,and to reduce the weight of the upper beam was found.The analysis-improve-analysis-compare finite element analysis model was applied.Through the FEA static analysis on the upper beam of forging machine with ANSYS-Workbench software,the distribution of stress and strain and the points of stress concentration and maximum deformation were obtained.According to the analysis results,strength inspection and structure improvement were executed,then the FEA static analysis was made again to prove the feasibility of the method.Compared with the original result,the poor deformation manner of the upper beam was less and the weight of the upper beam was also reduced.
