超级钢板U型弯曲回弹的数值模拟和实验研究
Numerical simulation and testing research of U-bending springback for super steel sheet
【摘要】 板料弯曲后产生的回弹对冲压件的精度影响较大,用数值模拟对弯曲回弹进行精确预测具有非常重要的意义。本文利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA非线性动力有限元程序的显式-隐式连续求解功能,模拟了超级钢板料弯曲成形和卸载后板料回弹变形的过程,得到了超级钢板料在不同凸模圆角半径和模具间隙下弯曲成形后的回弹结果,将模拟计算的结果与实验数据对比,验证了计算结果的准确性。
【Abstract】 Springback of bending sheet greatly affects the precision of stamping part.So it is very important for us to have a precision forecast of the springback in numerical simulation.Based on the theory of elastic-plastic and non-linear finite element,the super steel sheet bending process and the uninstalled rebounding distortion process were simulated by the explicit-implicit continuous solving function of ANSYS/LS-DYNA non-linear and dynamic finite program.The super steel sheet was bended by different radius of the punch and different punch-and-die clearances.The result of springback was obtained.By comparison of experimental and calculated results,the accuracy of the calculated results is verified.
