克山病病区粮食和酱块对鸡骨关节和心脏的影响

【摘要】 目的探讨克山病病区低硒玉米和酱块对鸡骨关节和心脏病理损伤的影响。方法将"京白905"鸡雏80只,按体重随机分为4组,以克山病病区玉米及酱块为原料,配比不同氨基酸合成饲料喂养。饲养4个月后处死,光镜下观察鸡骨关节和心脏病理改变。结果鸡骨关节病变实验组检出率分别为33.33%、22.22%、22.22%,对照组检出率33.33(。组间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.825,P>0.05)。心肌病变实验组检出率分别为6.67%、11.11%、11.11%,对照组无病变。组间差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.543,P>0.05)。结论克山病病区粮食可导致鸡骨关节和心肌出现病理性损伤。克山病病区酱块可能为保护因素。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pathological changes in chicken with corn and dried soy bean puree fed with Keshan disease area.Methods 80 "Jing Bai 905"chickens which were divided randomly into four groups were fed with different amino acid level in corn and dried soy bean puree of Keshan disease area.All animals were sacrificied four months later and the pathological changes in arthrosis and heart were observed under optical microscope.Results The detection rate of arthrosis in experimental groups were 33.33﹪,22.22﹪,22.22﹪,the control group was 33.33﹪.There was no statistics significance between experimental groups and control group by χ2 analysis(χ2=0.825,P>0.05).The detection rate of myocardial damage in experimental groups were 6.67﹪,11.11﹪,11.11﹪,there was no pathological change in control group.There was no statistics significance between experimental groups and control group by χ2 analysis(χ2=0.543,P>0.05).Conclusions The corn of Keshan disease area leads to pathological damage on arthrosis and heart of chickens.The dried soy bean puree of Keshan disease area may be a protectant factor.
