【Abstract】 In this paper,we first introduce the concept and the research on applications of cognitive radio.Thereafter,the necessity and the feasibility of applying the cognitive radio technology to the Long Term Evolution(LTE)system are discussed.Further still,we focus on the applications of cognitive techniques in LTE Radio Resource Management(RRM)and self-organizing networks,and two cognitive frameworks are presented.更多还原
