【Abstract】 In view of the limitation on the traditional system of central and distributional inter-library loan, the present essay firstly compares the two platform service. One is the central system, involving the service request, the investment and the request of the library participate; the other is about the new platform service of the inter-library loan and document delivery service basied on SAAS. Secondly, the paper preliminary discusses the standard rules of the connection demand on the new platform service, and the other application system in the library.更多还原
