【摘要】 从生态保护的角度,指出现行地下水管理存在的问题;提出维持地下水生态系统健康发展的可持续开采量的概念;探讨了不同地下水生态系统环境用水量的计算方法。地下水的开发利用应以可持续开采量作为最大阈值。通过预留环境用水量,确定生态水位,建立生态缓冲带,实施生态调度,制定合理开发利用方案等措施,可有效修复和保护日益恶化的生态环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper describes some problems of current groundwater management in view of ecological conservation,presents the conception of sustainable exploitation volume for supporting groundwater ecosystem health development.It also explores the calculation method of environmental water consumption for different kinds of groundwater ecosystem.Groundwater exploitation should take sustainable exploitation volume as the maximum threshold.The damaged or damaging ecosystem can be repaired and conserved by many measures,such as reserving environmental consumption,determining economical table,establishing economical buffer strip,enforcing economical operation,laying reasonable program of development and utilization,and so on.Moreover availably renovating and protecting the increasingly exasperated eco-system.更多还原
