【Abstract】 The urban quakeproof and disaster mitigation information system based on GIS has many deficiencies, and the need of developing urban quakeproof and disaster mitigation system based on the network is more and more concerned. In such situation, this paper analyses the insufficiency of earthquake disaster reduction information system based on GIS, and intr oduces the framework of the urban quakeproof and disaster mitigation system based on WebGIS. The main methodology for designing WebGIS based earthquake disaster reduction information system is described, and the function modules of the system and the designing methods are illustrated.更多还原
