城市防震减灾信息系统设计与实现
Design and Implementation of Urban Quakeproof and Disaster Mitigation Information System
【摘要】 在分析了单机环境下的城市防震减灾信息系统的局限性的基础上,把防震减灾和WebGIS有机结合,对基于WebGIS的城市防震减灾信息系统进行了研究,阐述了基于WebGIS的城市防震减灾信息系统的总体框架,分析了系统的功能模块组成,研究了系统各模块的功能以及设计方法。
【Abstract】 The urban quakeproof and disaster mitigation information system based on GIS has many deficiencies, and the need of developing urban quakeproof and disaster mitigation system based on the network is more and more concerned. In such situation, this paper analyses the insufficiency of earthquake disaster reduction information system based on GIS, and intr oduces the framework of the urban quakeproof and disaster mitigation system based on WebGIS. The main methodology for designing WebGIS based earthquake disaster reduction information system is described, and the function modules of the system and the designing methods are illustrated.
