双回路紧凑型干式蒸发器的设计

【摘要】 对一种双回路紧凑型干式蒸发器进行了设计,给出了合理、新型的结构布置;对传热性能进行了计算,分析了污垢热阻对传热总热阻的影响。认为双回路紧凑型干式蒸发器实现了结构紧凑、节约空间的目的,随着并联机组应用的增加,该类型的干式蒸发器的应用也将日趋广泛。计算表明,采用高效强化换热管后,污垢热阻的数值将对传热强度构成重要影响,除垢防垢将成为提高传热效果的重要内容。双回路紧凑型干式蒸发器的设计和制造,对加工工艺提出了更高的要求。

【Abstract】 A new kind of compact dry-expansion evaporator of double loop is designed,and it shows a new and reasonable type of structural arrangement.The heat transfer performance of the evaporator is calculated.The influence of the fouling thermal resistance on the total heat transfer coefficient is analyzed.The double-loop compact dry-expansion evaporator can achieve a compact structure and small space.With the increasing applications of the parallel-compressor system,the applications of this types of dry-expansion evaporator will also become more widely.The results showed that the value of fouling thermal resistance will be a significant impact on heat transfer performance.The technology of descaling and antiscale will be an important aspect to improve the heat transfer performance.Higher processing technology is demanded for the design and production of the double-loop and compact dry-expansion evaporator.
