用双面镜制作衍射光栅
THE DESIGNING OF THE DIFFRACTION RASTER IN USED DOUBLE MIRROR
【摘要】 介绍了制作衍射光栅的原理和实验装置,针对衍射光栅的主要参数给出了设计思路和实验方法。
【Abstract】 The structure and the principle of the diffraction raster for experiment is discussed there and article gives the main thought and the way for devising about the parameters of the diffraction raster.
