【摘要】 2008年年初我国南方部分地区遭受了罕见的冰雪灾害,导致电网设施遭受严重破坏,部分地区电力供应中断,人民正常生活和经济活动受到影响。文中深入分析了我国南方地区冰雪灾害形成和电网受灾害影响的发展过程,从电网和电源规划、一次设备、二次设备、应急管理机制等方面,对此次冰雪灾害给电网造成损失的原因和电网的薄弱环节进行了分析,并相应地提出了解决问题的思路及建议,为提高电网抵御重大自然灾害的能力提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the beginning of 2008,a serious icing and snow disaster occurred in partial area of South China that caused the havoc of power grid equipments and power supplies were interrupted in some regions,meanwhile the people’s normal life and economic activities were affected.The authors analyze in depth the expanding process of the formation and developing process of such icing and snow disaster occurred in South China and the suffered affects of power grids.In respect of the planning of power network and generation expansion,primary equipments and secondary equipments as well as emergency management mechanism,the reason causing the damage of power grids by such icing and snow disaster and the weak links of power networks in South China are analyzed,correspondingly,for the purpose of resisting serious natural disasters the thinking and suggestions to solve these problems are given.更多还原
