利用PMU数据提高电力系统状态估计精度的方法
An Algorithm Improving Precision of Power System State Estimation by PMU Data
【摘要】 同步相量测量单元(phasor measurements units,PMU)因能测得高精度的同步相量数据而被广泛应用于电力系统中,而传统的监控及数据采集系统(supervisory control and data acquisition,SCADA)是电力系统运行和静态安全监视的基础。文中提出了一种PMU与SCADA数据共存的数学模型用于电力系统状态估计。该模型在保留原有SCADA数据的同时,通过虚拟测量方法对PMU观测范围进行大范围拓展,提高数据冗余度及状态估计的精度。仿真结果表明,该方法具有较高的估计精度,且不受网络拓扑结构和PMU数量限制,适于SCADA和PMU数据共存系统。
【Abstract】 Due to the high precision of measured phasor data, global positioning system (GPS) based phasor measurement units (PMUs) are widely used in power systems. AT the same time, because of its mature technology, traditional supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) is still regarded as the basis of power system operation and static security monitoring. In this paper, to improve the precision of power system state estimation, a mathematical model is proposed in which the PMU data and SCADA data coexist. In this model by means of virtual measurement the observation range of PMU is expanded while original SCADA data are preserved, and then the data redundancy and the precision of state estimation are improved. Simulation results show that the proposed model is suitable for power system operation and monitoring system where the SCADA data and PMU data coexist and not restricted by both topological structure of power network and the quantity of PMUs; by use of the proposed model a higher estimation precision can be achieved.
