【Abstract】 Residual water content was used as a most direct method to judge exact determination of sublimation drying and desorption drying end-point during vacuum freeze-drying.Some monitoring methods for residual water content were summarized and analyzed,moisture sensing and dielectric polarization method would be a future research direction,while weight sensing was also a ideal measuring method if some problems such as heat transfer and installation could be solved.更多还原
