EAST复合材料轴向绝缘子性能测试

【摘要】 对EAST装置磁体系统的高性能氦气密封复合材料轴向绝缘子的性能作了全面的试验测试分析。试验结果表明:在室温和液氮温度下耐直流和耐交流电压都大于30 kV,低温下可大于45kV;液氦温度下承受10 MPa氦气内压漏率低于10-9Pa.m3/s;拉伸和弯曲试验中在金属部分变形前机械性能良好。该绝缘子整体性能满足EAST的所有技术要求。

【Abstract】 The performance of helium leak tight composite axial insulation breaks for experimental advanced super-conducting Tokamak(EAST) magnet system was tested in details.Test results show that the composite axial insulation breaks can endure DC/AC voltage higher than 30 kV,even to 45 kV in lower temperature.The leak rate of insulation breaks is less than 10-9 Pa·m3/s under 10 MPa pressure at liquid helium temperature and the cryogenic performance keeps fairly good under maximal outside forces in tensile and bending test.All test results indicate that the integral performance of axial insulation breaks meet EAST technical requirements.
