【摘要】 目的:评价经肝动脉化疗栓塞(Transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE)对兔肝VX2移植瘤生长与转移的影响.方法:45只荷瘤兔随机分成3组,每组15只.A组为对照组(Control组):经肝动脉灌注0.5mL生理盐水;B组为化疗灌注(transcatheter hepatic arterial infusion,TAI)组(TAI组):经肝动脉灌注5mg阿霉素与0.5mL生理盐水的稀释液;C组为化疗栓塞组(TACE组):经肝动脉灌注5mg阿霉素与0.5mL碘化油的混悬液.经股动脉穿刺插管,依分组情况行介入治疗.比较不同处理组术后2wk肝移植瘤的增长率、坏死率以及肝内转移、肺转移的发生率.结果:介入治疗前各组肿瘤平均体积之间无显著性差异(P>0.05);与对照组及TAI组相比,介入治疗后TACE组肿瘤体积、肿瘤增长率明显降低(P<0.01),肿瘤的坏死率明显增加(P<0.05),肿瘤的肝内转移、肺转移的发生率明显增加(P<0.05).结论:TACE能够抑制兔肝VX2移植瘤的生长,但增加术后肝内转移和肺转移的发生率.更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To evaluate the efficency,as well as effects of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)on growth and metastasis of rabbit VX2 hepatic tumor.METHODS:45 rabbits with implanted hepatic VX2 tumor were randomly divided into 3 groups with 15 rabbits in each group.Control group:0.5 mL saline was perfused via hepatic artery in VX2 tumor bearing rabbit models;Transcatheter hepatic arterial infusion(TAI)group:5 mg adriamycin was perfused via hepatic artery in VX2 tumor bearing rabbit models;TACE group:5 mg adriamycin combine 0.5 mL iodized oil was perfused via hepatic artery in VX2 tumor bearing rabbit models.The tumor volume,necrosis area,ratio of necrosis area,number of intrahepatic and lung metastasis were examined 2 weeks after the different treatments.RESULTS:There is no significant difference in the tumor volume before the treatments(P>0.05).While after the different treatments,the tumor volume in experimental groups especially TACE group were suppressed obviously comparing with the control group(P<0.01),and larger necrosis in TACE groups was observed comparing with the control group and TAI groups(P<0.01);In the TACE group,there were more intrahepatic and lung metastasis comparing with the control group and TAI groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:TACE can inhibit transplanted VX2 liver tumor growth and induce tumor necrosis,but can also increase intrahepatic and lung metastasis of transplanted VX2 liver tumor.更多还原
