单管枝状电加热油气集输参数优化

【摘要】 考虑电加热集输大地温度场变化对管道散热影响,以投资和运行费用最低为目标函数,应用枝状电加热集输管网优化计算模型,采用改进的POWELL法对模型求解,确定了电加热集输最佳管径、合理功率匹配;电加热集输的最佳加热方式为井口设加热器,干线保温输送;电加热集输最佳保温层厚度为29~32 mm,经济埋深为1.1~1.2 m.

【Abstract】 On the basis of the pipeline radiation affected by soil temperature field variety due to gathering and transportation by electrical heating, the paper takes the expenses of investment and running as objective function, and applies an optimizing calculation model of ramiform net on gathering and transportation by electrical heating. With the solution of betterment POWELL method to the model, we have determined the best pipe radium and fit matching power of gathering and transportation by electrical heating. Heater installed at wellhead and trunk line transporting with heat preservation, which is the best heating manner of gathering and transportation by electrical heating. For gathering and transportation by electrical heating, the best thickness of heat preservation layer of is 29-32 mm, and economic burying depth is 1.1-1.2 m.
