基于PHOENICS的喷射泵最佳喉嘴距数值模拟
Numerical simulation of the best throat pipe diameter of jet pump based on PHOENICS
【摘要】 应用AutoCAD软件建立喷射泵的物理模型,调入流体计算软件PHOENICS的VR编辑环境中,在柱坐标系下采用非均匀正交网格,应用k-ε湍流模型和壁面函数法处理固壁边界,对喷射泵湍流场进行数值模拟,给出流场的速度分布、压力分布规律,以及喷嘴-喉管距(Ld)对喷射泵湍流场的影响.结果表明,喉嘴距在0.7~1.3内,喷射泵的效率最高.该结果可供实际工程应用参考.
【Abstract】 A physical model of jet pump is built by AutoCAD.In PHOENICS VR and cylindrical coordinate editing environment,turbulence is simulated by k-ε turbulent flow model and wall function means.Distribution of velocity and pressure are obtained.The effect of the nozzle and throat pipe diameter(Ld)on the turbulent flow field of jet pump is investigated.The throat pipe diameter exerts a great effect on distribution of velocity and pressure,it is one of the most important effects of efficiency of jet pump.This influence is not monotone,it has a best range in 0.7~1.3.The results of this paper can direct the practical use.
