牵引变流器共模干扰分析
Analysis of the Common-mode Interference of Tractive Converters
【摘要】 首先介绍了电磁兼容中的两个重要的概念共模干扰和差模干扰。然后对牵引变流器的共模干扰进行了详细的分析。分析了电路拓扑结构对共模干扰的影响和调制技术对共模干扰的影响。运用Matlab/Simulink软件进行仿真得出的结论就是:三电平逆变器产生的共模电压比两电平产生的低,电平数的增多对共模电压有一定的改善;SVPWM调制策略比采用SPWM调制策略所产生的共模电压更小。
【Abstract】 First,two important concepts of electromagnetic compatibility-common-mode interference and difference-mode interference are presented.Then the common-mode to the tractive converter is analysed.The influence of the topological constructure of the circuit on the common-mode interference and modulation technique on the common-mode interferece is analyzed.The conclusion of using Matlab/Simulink software to simulate is that the common-mode voltage produced by three phase level is lower than that produced by two-phase and the increase for the number of the level is a certain improvement to the common-mode voltage.SVPWM modulation strategy is still lower than the common-mode voltage produced by SPWM modulation strategy.
