直流调速系统综合实验教学改革初探

【摘要】 直流调速系统综合实验是自动化专业中必修实验,针对综合实验教学相对滞后的现状,文章介绍一种新型直流调速系统综合实验装置和实验教学过程。该实验装置包括HMC,电动机组,及PC;通过HMC面板操作完成参数测试,基于PC进行控制系统设计并建立Mat lab仿真模型。设计智能算法和工程近似算法进行仿真,最后输入控制参数完成系统实验。通过改进的实验教学,培养了学生实验探究的兴趣,学生在完成传统实验要求的基础上,也全面锻炼了控制系统仿真,数据处理,智能控制等方面的知识;在巩固本门课程教学内容的基础上也加深了对相关学科的理解。

【Abstract】 Synthetically experiment of DC governor system is a required course to Automation major students.On account of the lagging situations of synthetically experiment teaching,this passage presents a new type of testing apparatus and experiment teaching course of DC governor system.The testing apparatus include HMC,motor unite,and PC;and four steps are included in the testing: first,complete the parameters testing through HMC panel operation;second,govern system to set up and design the Mat Lab simulation model with the help of PC;third,plan the Intelligent algorithm and the engineering approximate algorithm to simulate;finally,input controlling parameters to accomplish the whole experiment testing.By means of this improved experiment teaching,students can bring up their interests on experimental exploration.And according to the new teaching reformation,students can not only complete the traditional experimental requirements,but know well the knowledge of governor system simulation,data processing and intelligent control as well.With the help of the new teaching reformation,students can deepen their understanding of the related subjects while learning their own professional knowledge.
