【Abstract】 The training program for micro-electronics technology direction in electronics science and engineering specialty is discussed,including curriculum and credits,and their distribution in different types of courses,such as basic courses and specialty courses,theoretical teaching and practical teaching;The key courses for micro-electronics technology direction are introduced briefly.The training programs of three famous US universities are analyzed for reference.And finally,some aspects to be improved in the cultivation process are presented.更多还原
