复卷机传动系统中卷取部摩擦力偶矩的补偿
Friction Couple Torque Compensation of Reeling Part in Rewinder Drive System
【摘要】 为了解决系统运行过程中速度不稳定引起张力波动导致纸幅窜边的问题,分析了复卷机卷取部分滚动摩擦转矩产生的原因,并对卷取部各个组成部分受力分解,基于复卷机卷取部分在动态运行过程中的条件,求解出了耦合于卷取部的摩擦力偶矩并将其折算到前底辊转矩环上,以此为理论基础论述了对卷取部分摩擦力偶矩的补偿,在实践应用中得到了良好的卷取效果。
【Abstract】 In order to solve the roll telescoping problems caused by web tension fluctuations due to the speed instability when systems is running,analyzed the causes of producing rolling friction torque in reeling part of rewinder,calculated the friction torque coupled in reeling part and converted it to torque ring of the front roller,which is based on force decomposition and the dynamic running conditions of reeling part.Discussed the friction torque compensation in reeling part of rewinder owing to the theoretical foundation.Finally, obtained the good reeling effect in practice applications.
