基于CPLD的双级矩阵变换器研究与实现
Study and Realization of CPLD-based Two-stage Matrix Converter
【摘要】 提出了一种完全基于CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件)的双级矩阵变换器的实现方案。该方案摒弃了常规的采用DSP(数字信号处理器)计算占空比、CPLD进行调制的思路,将调制部分的占空比计算也完全集成到CPLD内部,同时采用了状态机输出整流逆变开关状态。实验结果表明了这种方案的可行性,为日后生产双级矩阵变换器的专业集成芯片及工业化打下了基础。
【Abstract】 A totally CPLD(complex programmable logic device)-based realization scheme of two-stage matrix converter was proposed in this study.Discarding the traditional method,in which DSP(digital signal processor) is used to calculate the duty ratio and CPLD to generate pulse-width-modulation signals,this scheme integrates the duty-cycle calculation part into CPLD and state-machine technology is also used to generate rectifier-inverter switch states.Experiment results show the feasibility of the proposed scheme and pave the way for two-stage matrix converter ASIC(application specific integrated circuits) product and industrialization process.
