贵州水城煤样中氟和氯在洗选过程中的迁移与可脱除性研究

【摘要】 通过分步释放试验和浮沉试验对贵州水城煤样(SC-DHB)进行洗选,得到不同的洗选产品,并进行了可选性评定.对不同产品中氟和氯的含量进行分析,研究了洗选过程中氟和氯的迁移和脱除特性.分析了贵州煤中氟和氯的赋存形态,研究了氟和氯与无机矿物质间的亲和特性,以及浮沉洗选方法对氟和氯的脱除效果,进行了可脱除性分析.结论:对于贵州煤样SC-DHB,当精煤灰分为10.0%时,可选性等级为"中等可选";当精煤灰分为13.0%时,可选性等级为"易选";氟主要以无机形态赋存于携氟矿物中,在洗选得到的产品中表现出良好的无机亲和特性;氯大部分以无机形态存在,小部分以有机态存在,在洗选得到的产品中亲无机特性强;氟和氯的可脱除性分析显示,理论精煤灰分为12.07%,处于"中等可选"与"易选"之间:对于氟和氯质量分数不是很高的煤,经过洗选,其氟和氯质量分数可达到较低水平.

【Abstract】 In order to study the migration and removal characteristics of fluorine and chlorine in Guizhou Shuicheng(SC-DHB) coal,regressive release flotation and float-sink tests were carried out,during which the fluorine and chlorine content in the washed coal products analyzed,while the washability of original coal samples assessed.In addition,the existing forms of fluorine and chlorine in Guizhou coal,and the affinity between fluorine/chlorine and inorganic minerals were studied also.Moreover,by analyzing the removal efficiency of fluorine and chlorine via float-sink method,the removability of the two elements were estimated.Results show that when the ash content in clean coal is 10%,the floatability of Guizhou SC-DHB coal is in the moderate level,and when the ash content is 13.0%,it is in the easy level.Removability analysis results on fluorine and chlorine show that the theoretical clean coal ash content is 12.07%,indicating that the coal’s washability lies between the moderate and easy level.In SC-DHB coal, fluorine mainly exists in the inorganic form and has good inorganic affinity,while a majority of chlorine exists in the inorganic form and a small fraction in the organic form,which has strong inorganic affinity.For coals containing medium mass fractions of fluorine and chlorine,the fractions can be reduced to relatively low level by coal washing.
