汽轮机低压排汽缸的数值优化设计
The Numerical Optimization Design for Low Pressure Exhaust Hood of Steam Turbines
【摘要】 采用UG的Open/Grip语言对某汽轮机组低压排汽缸1∶10模型进行了参数化建模,并结合iSight优化软件和三维粘性流体计算软件CFX,采用试验设计、梯形搜索式优化算法及相应面近似模型的组合优化策略对某型号汽轮机低压缸排汽缸模型的几何形状进行了优化设计.结果表明:优化后排汽缸的平均静压恢复系数从优化前的-0.32提高到-0.06;同时,优化设计降低了出口汽流的不均匀系数,减少了气流不均匀分布对凝汽器换热效率的影响.
【Abstract】 Parametric modeling was done by Open/Grip language of UG for a low pressure exhaust hood with model-prototype ratio of 1∶10.An optimization design of model’s geometrical shape of a low-pressure exhaust hood for one type of steam turbine was carried out by combined optimization strategies of experimental design,gradient searching optimized algorithm,approximate response surface model,as well as by using iSight software and 3D viscous CFD software of CFX.The analysis of the optimization indicates that,the average static pressure recovery coefficient is increased to-0.06 by optimization from the original one of-0.32,and the nonuniform coefficient of the steam flow at outlet is decreased,while the effect of the steam flow with inhomogeneous distribution on the heat exchange efficiency of the condenser is also decreased.
