基于WSNs的气瓶信息化系统的设计与实现
Design and Realization of Gas Cylinder Information System Based on WSNs
【摘要】 对气瓶充装行业的现状进行了分析。针对该行业传统管理方式在安全、效率、实时性、可靠性、便捷性等方面存在的问题,提出了运用金属陶瓷复合条形码技术实现气瓶的识别,使用WSNs技术实现对气瓶在充装、销售、定期年检等各流转环节分布式监控。给出了系统总体结构和关键硬件功能模块的设计及系统实施方案和应用效果。
【Abstract】 Analyzed the gas cylinder filling industry status. Aiming at the outstanding problems of traditional management for gas cylinder with respect to safety,efficiency,real-time,reliability and convenience,metal-ceramic composite bar-code technology applied to fulfill the identification of gas cylinders,while WSNs technology is used to achieve the distributed supervision for the environment parameters of the charging,vendition,regular inspections and other flow procedure. The general structure along with the key hardware functional models and application results are presented.
