高职高专教学管理中教考分离问题的探讨

【摘要】 考试是教学过程中的一个重要环节,是与教育同生共存的,是检查教学质量高低和教学目标实施过程中的重要手段。在教学的整个过程中,考试这个环节的主要职能,一、是检测学生的学习成绩,评价学生知识水平和能力状况;二、是检测教与学的综合效果,并为教学改革提供必要的依据。同时,考试又是以试题作为测量工具对教学成果的间接测量,是教学检查的重要环节。该环节把握得好,不仅可以了解和评判学生掌握知识的程度以及技能发展的水平,同时还可以获得改善教学工作、评定教学质量的信息。教考分离不仅是检验教与学的一种手段,也是检测学校校风、教风、学风和考风的重要窗口,是学校整个管理水平的集中体现。教考分离对教学质量的提高,对学校校风、教风、学风和考风建设都有积极的推动作用,因此,教考分离是目前普通高校高职高专教学管理中急待解决的问题之一。该文从教学管理的角度提出了教考分离的必要性;简要阐述了教考分离的含义及其作用、实行教考分离的基本条件;着重探讨了教考分离试卷的要求。

【Abstract】 Examination, which is born and coexists with education, is an important part of teaching process. It is a key way to check teach- ing quality and implementation of teaching goals. In the whole process of teaching, the main function of examination has two points. The first is to test the result of learning and to evaluate the extent of knowledge and capacity; the second is to test the combined effect of teach- ing and learning, and to provide essential basis to the reform of teaching. At the same time, examination, which is an important part of teaching examination, is based on examination questions as a tool for indirect measuring the results of teaching. A good grasp of this part can not only understand and judge the extent of mastered knowledge and skill development of students, but also acquire information of im- proving teaching and evaluating teaching quality. The separation of teaching and examination is not only the means of testing teaching and learning, but also the important way to detect college ethos, teaching and learning style and examine discipline. It embodies entire manage- ment of colleges. The separation of teaching and examination plays a positive role in promoting teaching quality and building college ethos, teaching and learning style and examine discipline. Therefore, it is one of the most pressing problems in the management of colleges. From the perspective of teaching management, this thesis raises the need of the separation of teaching and examination; it briefly elab- orates on the meaning, the function and the basic terms of it. The thesis lays stress on the requests of the examination papers.
