黑启动中考虑动态过程的负荷最优恢复
Optimal load restoration considering dynamic constraints during black-start
【摘要】 针对黑启动过程中的薄弱电网下如何最大限度地恢复负荷进行了研究。考虑到投入大量负荷后的系统过渡过程中电压、频率变化巨大,稳态潮流合格并不代表在暂态过程中的频率和电压一定合格,针对此动态阶段存在的潜在不确定性,将负荷恢复归结为包含大扰动动态过程的频率、电压、功角等约束的最优控制问题,利用自适应遗传算法对问题进行求解,在保持系统动态过程稳定的要求下,使总的负荷恢复量最大。算例求解结果表明了该算法在负荷恢复问题中的有效性。
【Abstract】 The maximum load restoration during black-start for weak power system is studied.Taking into account the great change of frequency and voltage in the transition process after load restoration,qualified steady power flow does not mean that the transient voltage and frequency are acceptable.For this potential uncertainty during dynamic phase,the load restoration is modeled as an optimal control problem with the dynamic constraints of frequency,voltage and power angle under large disturbance and an adaptive genetic algorithm is introduced to solve it,which maximizes the load recovery while the dynamic stability is kept.Simulation results show the feasibility and availability of the algorithm and the model.
