基于线电压伏秒平衡的三电平SVM研究

【摘要】 提出了一种新的三电平空间矢量调制(SVM)简化实现方法,该方法通过将参考电压矢量分解到三相静止坐标系ab-bc-ca中,将电压矢量的伏秒平衡转化为线电压的伏秒平衡,经过简单计算得到各桥臂开关管在每个开关周期内的开通时间。证明了该方法本质上与传统SVM方法完全一致,都是基于冲量等效原理,但是由于不用确定电压矢量所在扇区,不用计算正余弦,只需要简单的加减乘除,使得计算时间大幅度减少,并且在控制三电平PWM整流器中点电压平衡方面也具有方便有效的特性。在Matlab/Simulink 7.1中建立了三电平PWM整流器的仿真模型。控制算法仿照DSP程序完全利用S函数实现。

【Abstract】 A simplified implementation of three-level SVM is deduced based on the voltage-second balance of line voltages,which decomposes the reference voltage vector onto the 3-phase static coordinates abbcca and obtains the working time of each switch during each period by simple calculation.It is based on the equivalent impulse principle,same as the conventional SVM,but because it does not need to decide which sector the reference voltage vector is in neither to perform the sine and cosine calculations,the implementation becomes easier,with only some simple mathematic operations,and the neutral point voltage control of the diode clamped three-level PWM rectifier more convenient and effective.A simulation model of the diode clamped three-level PWM rectifier is built with Matlab/Simulink 7.1 and all the control algorithms are rea-lized with S-function similar to DSP programming.
