基于电压-电流变换的电子式电压互感器

【摘要】 提出一种新型电子式电压互感器,主要由电压-电流变换元件和弱电流检测处理装置组成。电压-电流变换元件接于被测母线与大地之间,完成母线电压到毫安级别弱电流的转换。弱电流检测处理装置安装于电压-电流变换元件的接地侧,实现接地线中毫安级别弱电流的隔离测量,完成电流到电压的换算及测量误差的软件补偿,为测量仪表和继电保护装置提供数字信号与模拟信号输出。研究表明:该电子式电压互感器不仅技术上可行,而且易于实用化,能够用于电网电压的精确测量。

【Abstract】 An electronic voltage transformer is developed,which mainly consists of a voltage-to-current converter and a weak-current measuring and processing device.The voltage-to-current converter is connected between the bus to be measured and the ground,converting the bus voltage to weak current in milliamps.The weak-current measuring and processing device is located at the ground side of converter to measure the weak current,calculate the bus voltage and compensate the measurement errors by means of software compensation methods.It also supplies the measuring instruments and relay protections with digital and analogue outputs.The research shows that,the electronic voltage transformer is technically feasible for the accurate measuring of power system voltage.
