含风电场的电源规划综述

【摘要】 风电作为目前可以商业化发展的可再生能源发电方式,对落实我国能源发展战略和调整电力结构有重要作用。风电与常规电源相比具有随机性、间歇性、能量密度低、可控性弱等特点。文中分析了风电接入对电力系统的影响,以及给电源规划带来的挑战;总结了国内外在含有风电场的电源规划及电力系统可靠性评估方面的研究现状,并对未来的研究方向提出了一些建议。

【Abstract】 Wind power is a renewable energy generation mode that can be commercialized at present,and it is important to realize the national energy strategy and adjust the electrical configuration.Unlike conventional power sources,wind power is stochastic,intermittent,low-energy-density and low-controllable.The effects of wind power on the power system and generation expansion planning are analyzed,and the correlative achievements on generation expansion planning and reliability evaluation with wind farms are summarized.Furthermore,some suggestions are proposed.This project is supported by the Teaching and Research Award Program for Outstanding Young Teachers in Higher Education Institutions of China.
