【摘要】 [目的]探讨bcl-6、bcl-2、ki-67蛋白表达与弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)的临床特征及预后之间的关系。[方法]采用免疫组化法检测bcl-6、bcl-2、ki-67 3种蛋白在32例DLBCL中的表达,并分析其与患者临床特征及预后的关系。[结果]bcl-6、bcl-2蛋白阳性表达率分别为65.6%和71.9%,ki-67蛋白高表达率为65.6%;bcl-6蛋白表达与Ann Arbor分期相关,bcl-2蛋白表达与LDH、Ann Arbor分期相关;ki-67蛋白表达与年龄、LDH及Ann Arbor分期相关;bcl-6阳性组、阴性组平均生存期分别为54.8月和22.2月,bcl-2阳性组、阴性组平均生存期分别为26.5月和68.1月,ki-67高表达组、低表达组平均生存期分别为26.5月和59.6月;bcl-6阳性组、bcl-2阴性组、Ki-67低表达组预后较好。[结论]bcl-6、bcl-2、ki-67蛋白表达与DLBCL预后有一定相关性,可作为判断DLBCL预后的参考指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To investigate the ralationship between bcl-6,bcl-2 and ki-67 as well as the clinical features and prognosis of diffuse large B cell lymphoma(DLBCL).[Methods] Immunohistochemistry stain was used to determin the expression of bcl-6,bcl-2 and ki-67.[Results] Positive rates of bcl-6 and bcl-2 were 65.6% and 71.9%,the high expression rate of ki-67 was 65.6%.there was a significant correlationship between the bcl-6 and Ann Arbor stage,bcl-2 had a relationship with LDH and Ann Arbor stage;ki-67 had a relationship with age,LDH and Ann Arborstage;The average survival time of bcl-6 positive group and negative group were 54.8 months and 22.2 months,bcl-2 positive group and negative group were 26.5 months and 68.1 months,ki-67 high-expression group and low-expression group were 26.5 months and 59.6 months;bcl-6 positive,bcl-2 negative,Ki-67 low-expression showed a trend to better the overall survival.[Conclusion] The results suggest a signficant correlationship among bcl-6,bcl-2,ki-67 and prognosis.Moreover bcl-6,bcl-2 and ki-67 may be the useful prognostic indicator in diffuse large B cell lymphoma.更多还原
