复合发泡剂对多孔保温冒口性能的影响
The Influence of Composite Blister on the Properties of Porous Insulating Riser
【摘要】 以粉煤灰为耐火骨料,利用自制的复合发泡剂进行机械发泡制作多孔保温冒口.通过观察多孔材料的孔隙形貌和测定试样的孔隙率、抗压强度与降温速度,分析了复合发泡剂加入量对多孔保温冒口性能的影响.研究结果表明:当复合发泡剂的加入量为1.5%时,保温冒口试样的综合性能最好;多孔保温冒口套相对于水玻璃砂冒口套可以显著延长合金液的凝固时间,且具有制作简单、成本低等优点.
【Abstract】 The porous insulated riser is prepared by mechanical foaming pulverized coal ash and composite blister.Through observation and porosity measurement,compression strength and cooling rate,the influence of composite blister addition on its property is analyzed.Experiment results show that the best combination property is achieved when the composite blister addition is 1.5%,and the porous insulation riser sleeve can extend freezing time longer than silicate bonded sand one with the advantages of easy preparation and low cost.
