【摘要】 目的:观察窄谱UVB治疗各种皮肤病的不良反应。方法:观察并记录201例患者光疗后的不良反应及处治结果。结果:接受3次及以上光疗者,出现色素沉着,82.09%的患者出现红斑、干燥、灼热感,18.91%出现明显灼痛感,1%出现复发性口唇疱疹,1.99%出现水疱,1.49%偶发头昏、胸闷、乏力。1例急性光电性眼炎,1例寻常型银屑病出现同形反应。结论:NB-UVB治疗皮肤病安全性好,不良反应少,可防可治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the narrow-band UVB treatment of various dermatological adverse reactions.Methods: 201 cases were observed and recorded after light therapy in patients with adverse reactions and treatment results.Results: After more than 3 times of light therapy,pigmentation appeared;82.09% of the patients had erythema,dry,and burning sensation;18.91% had apparent sense of burning;1% had recurrent herpes lips;1.99% had blister;1.49% had sporadic dizziness,chest tightness,and fatigue;one case had acute ophthalmia photoelectric;1 case of psoriasis vulgaris had the emergence of fractal reaction.Conclusion: NB-UVB treatment was safe,and has fewer adverse reactions.It could be used to treat and prevent skin diseases.更多还原
