线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型的实验研究
Experimental Study on the Model of Cerebral Ischemia with Suture Occluded Method in Rats
【摘要】 目的:对大鼠线栓法脑缺血模型进行改进,探讨影响模型成功率的原因及解决方法。方法:参照改良的Zea Longa法,制作大鼠局灶脑缺血模型,根据神经功能缺损症状,组织病理学检查判断模型成功。结果:模型成功率60%,部分大鼠出现颅内出血(蛛网膜下腔出血或脑出血)、大脑中动脉破裂、麻醉意外等问题。结论:改进后的模型成功率相对提高,制作良好的栓线、熟练的操作和体重合适的大鼠是制作模型成功的关键。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the cerebral ischemia model in rats by suture method and explore the factors affecting the achievement ratio of the model.Methods: The model of cerebral ischemia was made according to the improved method of Zea Longa.The achievement ratio of the model was determined by the functional defects in rat central nervous system and histological examination.Results: The achievement ratio of the model was 60%.The complications included hemorrhage(subarachnoid and cerebral),angiorrhexis of cervical blood vessels and anesthetic accident.Conclusion: The improved rat model was a perfect method,but a successful rat model depends on the suitable weighted rats,the satisfactory manufature of thread and skilled operation.
