【摘要】 目的:观察葛根对酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝组织肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)水平的变化。方法:以56%酒精灌胃,造成大鼠酒精性肝损伤模型,取肝组织做免疫组织化学检测TNF-α表达。结果:模型组和治疗对照组大鼠毛发光泽差,食欲差,大便溏泻,肝组织出现肝脂肪变性,肝组织中见大量TNF-α蛋白阳性产物棕褐色细颗粒;治疗组肝组织中见少量脂滴空泡,少量TNF-α蛋白阳性产物棕褐色细颗粒。结论:葛根提取物能降低酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝组织TNF-α的表达。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the level changes of the rat’s alcoholic injury’s TNF-α caused by the extractive from the root of kudzu vine.Methods: Filling the rat’s stomach with alcohol(56%)to form a model of alcohol liver injury so as to take liver tissue for immunohistochemistical test on the TNF-α expression.Results: Compared with the rats in the treated group,the rats in the model group are less appetitive and have loose stool,and their hair is less bright;fatty degeneration appear in their liver tissue and in it also appear a lot of brown particles of TNF-a protein active products;while in the treated group,there are fewer such particles and lipid droplet vacuoles.Conclusion: The extractive from the root of kudzu vine can reduce the expression of rat’s alcoholic liver injury’s TNF-a.更多还原
