汤河水库底栖动物的群落结构及时空格局的研究
Community structure and spatial-temporal pattern of zoobenthos in Tanghe Reservoir,Liaoning Province,China
【摘要】 于2007年4—12月及2008年4、8和10月,对汤河水库的底栖动物群落结构及季节变化进行了研究。结果表明:共检出底栖动物18种,属于4门10科18属,优势种为霍甫水丝蚓Limnodrilus hofmeisteri、刺铗长足摇蚊Tanypus punctipennis幼虫、花纹前突摇蚊Procladius choreus幼虫和大红德永摇蚊Tokunagay-usurika akamusi幼虫;底栖动物年平均密度为3097 ind./m2,年平均生物量为18.26 g/m2,密度和生物量均为2007年9月最低,2008年4月最高;环节动物的密度和生物量在汤河水库下游最高,而节肢动物的密度和生物量在上游最高;Shannon-Wiener多样性指数的平均值为0.62,Pielou均匀性指数的平均值为0.31;底栖动物、环节动物的密度和生物量与水深均呈显著正相关(P<0.05),而节肢动物的密度和生物量与水深呈显著负相关(P<0.05);典型富营养化水体的指示生物霍甫水丝蚓、刺铗长足摇蚊幼虫和大红德永摇蚊幼虫成为水库的优势种,说明水库底(水)质富营养化趋势严重;水库底层鱼类的渔产潜力估算为19.095万kg。
【Abstract】 The community structure and spatial-temporal pattern of zoobenthos were studied in Tanghe Reservoir,Liaoning Province,China,from April,2007 to December,2007 and April,August,October of 2008.The results showed that a total of 18 taxa belonging to 4 phyla,10 families and 18 genera were found,with dominant species of Limnodrilus hofmeisteri,Tanypus punctipennis,Procladius choreus and Tokunagayusurika akamusi.The annual average density and biomass of zoobenthos were 3097 ind./m2 and 18.26 g/m2,respectively.The maximal and minimal density and biomass of zoobenthos were observed in April,2008 and September,2007,respectively.There were higher density and biomass of annelid in sampling stations A and F while the higher density and biomass of anthropoda in sampling stations C and D.The annual average value of Shannon-Wiener diversity index was 0.62 and the annual average value of Pielou index was 0.31.The density and biomass of zoobenthos were positively correlated with water depth,while the density and biomass of annelid were positively correlated with water depth.The density and biomass of anthropoda were negatively correlated with water depth.Indicator organisms of typical eutrophic water,Limnodrilus hofmeisteri,Tanypus punctipennis and Tokunagayusurika akamus,overwhelmed the community,indicating that the sediment or water in the reservoir was seriously in eutrophication.The fisheries capacities was estimated to be 19.095×104 kg in Tanghe Reservoir.
