饥饿和再投喂对漠斑牙鲆生化组成的影响

【摘要】 对漠斑牙鲆Paralichthys lethostigma分别饥饿5、10、15 d(记为S5、S10、S15组)后再恢复投喂20d,分析了饥饿和再恢复投喂后全鱼的生化组成。结果表明:饥饿结束时,S5、S10、S15组鱼的体重损失率分别为1.18%、8.36%、11.76%,其中S15组的体重和饥饿前有显著差异(P<0.05)。在饥饿状态下,S5、S10组漠斑牙鲆全鱼蛋白质含量变化不显著,S15组则显著低于对照组(P<0.05);各饥饿组脂肪含量逐渐下降,并与对照组有显著差异(P<0.05);各饥饿组水分含量升高,且S15组达到显著水平(P<0.05);各饥饿组灰分含量高于对照组水平,且S10、S15组达到显著水平(P<0.05)。再投喂过程中,S15组蛋白质含量逐渐升高,各饥饿组脂肪含量逐渐升高,水分和灰分含量逐渐下降。

【Abstract】 The biochemical composition was determined in south flounder Paralichthys lethostigma juveniles weighing(7.56±0.63) g refed for 20 days 5(S5),10(S10) and 15(S15) days after starvation to evaluate the effect of starvation and refeeding on the biochemical composition.The results showed that body weight loss of 1.18%,8.36% and 11.76% was observed in S5,S10,S15 during the starvation,the body weight in group S15 being significantly lower than that at the beginning(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in protein content in whole body in the S5 and S10,but significantly lower protein content in the S15 than that in the control(P<0.05).The lipid content in the whole body gradually decreased,and significantly lower than that in the control(P<0.05) while the water content increased,significantly higher in S15(P<0.05).There was higher ash content in the whole body in the fish starved than that in the control with significant differences in the S10 and S15(P<0.05).During the refeeding,the protein content gradually increased in S15,and the lipid content in the body gradually increased while water and ash contents gradually decrease in all starvation groups.
