核电机组大电流离相封闭母线的选型
Model Selection of Large Current Enclosed Bus-bar for Nuclear Power Unit
【摘要】 山东海阳及浙江三门核电1 250 MW机组离相封闭母线主回路的额定电流为36 kA。对其母线冷却采用强迫风冷、自然冷却2种方式进行了技术和经济比较,证明了自冷式母线的设计、制造及安装相对简单,又无风冷方式的附属设备,运行可靠性较高,维护工作量少,运行费用低。因此,建议大电流封闭母线采用自然冷却方式。
【Abstract】 The rated current of enclosed bus-bar main circuit is 36 000 A for 1 250 MW units in Shandong Haiyang and Zhejang Sanmen Nuclear Power Stations.The self-cooling and forced-cooling options for bus-bar are analyzed through technical and economical comparisons,which has proved that the natural cooling bus-bar is of simple design,manufacture and installation without accessory for air cooling,high reliable operation,less maintenance and less operation cost.So the natural cooling mode is recommended for the large current enclosed bus-bar.
