输电线路冰区划分方法分析
Analysis of Categorizing Icing Zones along Transmission Lines
【摘要】 2008年我国南方冰灾对当地电网安全运行造成极大的危害,输电线路发生大面积倒杆(塔)、断线(串)事故,原因之一是输电线路冰风荷载大大超过国家规定的设计标准。介绍了我国现行的覆冰区送电线路标准,重点分析了我国目前常见的冰区划分及冰厚订正方法。建议应针对此次电网冰灾认真分析、调查地区线路受损情况,因地制宜选择冰区划分方法及订正系数,在此基础上合理提高输电线路抗冰设计标准。
【Abstract】 In 2008,a severe ice storm in southern China caused great harm to local grid safe operation causing large scale pole(tower) collapses and line(string) breakage.One cause of this is that icing and wind loads on the line greatly exceeded national design standard.Existing domestic line standards in icing areas are introduced,emphasizing on common icing zone categorizing and ice thickness correction methods.The electricity industry should carefully analyze this disaster,survey regional line damages,adjust measures of icing zone categorizing and correction coefficients selection to local conditions,and increase line icing resistant standard rationally.
