【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of requirement and necessity of Data Dictionary for traffic management and control system, the definition, basis structure, establishing process and application of Data Dictionary are discussed preliminarily. And this paper puts forward that the Data Dictionary of traffic management and control system is a set of basic informational words and data elements to describe the system’s function, and a set of minimum units of data element which compose an electronic communication messages set exchanged between traffic management centers with other Intelligent Transportation Systems.更多还原
