基于矢量控制的交流传动互馈系统
AC Drive Reciprocal Power-fed System based on Vector Control
【摘要】 分析了一种以异步电机模拟负载的双"逆变器-电机"互馈式交流传动试验系统。结合高性能的矢量控制技术,采用转速转矩闭环独立控制,能够模拟电机牵引、制动等工况实验,有效提高了系统的实时性和稳定性。讨论了试验系统的构成和运行原理,并给出了其硬件实现,构建了实验平台。实验结果表明,该系统具有优良的动、静态性能和较好的控制效果,可广泛应用在中大功率交流异步电机试验中。
【Abstract】 This paper presents a double "Inverter-Motor" reciprocal power-fed AC drive experiment system which uses the asynchronous machine as the simulation load.Combining high performance technology of vector control and using speed and torque independent closed loop control,the AC drive system is enabled to emulate traction and braking condition,the real-time performance and the system stability are effectively enhanced.The construction and operation principle of this scheme are discussed,then the hardware structure of the system is introduced and the experimental system is developed in these foundation.The experimental results indicate that this experiment system has excellent dynamic and static performances and high control effect,which can be used widely in test of the middle and large power asynchronous machines.
