【摘要】 目的:观察结肠镜检查前服用匹维溴铵(得舒特)的效果。方法:根据就诊次序将患者随机分为2组,每组50例。观察组检查前1天口服得舒特100mg,1天3次,检查前2小时加服100mg;对照组不使用任何药物。观察检查时患者对腹痛的耐受性、肠道清洁程度、镜检达到回盲部时间及发生不良反应史。结果:观察组对腹痛耐受性、肠道清洁程度、镜检达到回盲部时间明显优于对照组,且无药物不良反应。结论:结肠镜检查前应用得舒特可以提高结肠镜检查患者对腹痛的耐受性及镜检的成功率,值得在临床上推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:We observed the effects of prescription of Pinaverium before colonoscope inspection.Methods:Patients were randomly divided into two groups,each with 50 cases.The subjects were given 100ml pinaverium one day before the inspection,TID.And another 100mg were given 2hrs before operation.The control group were not given any medication.During the inspection,we observed and recorded the patients’ endurance of abdominal pain,the cleanliness of the colon,the time taken for the colonoscope to reach the ileocecal junction and the occurrence of adverse drug reaction.Results:The results of the subjects were clearly better than the control group in the endurance of abdominal pain,the cleanliness of the colon,and shorter time taken for the colonoscope to reach the ileocecal junction;and there was no suspected adverse drug reaction.Conclusions:The prescription of pinaverium before the colonoscope inspection could effectively improve the patients’ endurance of abdominal pain and consequently the success of colonoscope inspection.The method is worth of clinic spreading and applying.更多还原
