【摘要】 目的:观察采用扩创手术加微波治疗的新方法治疗不同年龄、不同部位、不同原因引起的局限性化脓性感染病灶的疗效。方法:分析206例化脓性感染患者采取扩创手术加微波局部照射为主,同时给以局部和全身应用联合而有效的抗生素,术后定期随访,观察疗效,3个月至9年,平均12.3月。结果:化脓性感染在条件充分的情况下以扩创手术辅以微波治疗,一期愈合率达到95.1%,3.9%经2次手术后完全愈合,1%患者延期愈合。结论:扩创手术辅以微波治疗化脓性感染疾病,方法简单、疗效好、疗程短、费用低、无副作用,患者易接受。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effectiveness of adopting debridement surgery plus microwave to treat various suppurating and infectious diseases in different body parts and among different ages. Method: Analyzing 206 patients with suppurating infections, including post-surgery incision infection, infant inborn ear infection, etc. We applied debridement surgery in addition to local microwave exposure. The sampled patients were observed regularly following the surgery. Results: Under sufficient conditions, about 95.1% suppurating infections could be cured with debridement surgery plus microwave treatment during the first surgery, and the remaining 3.9% could be cured during the second surgery 1%atients were healed later on. Conclusion: Treating Suppurating and Infectious Diseases with Surgical Debridement aided with microwave. This method was well accepted by patients due to its simplicity, effectiveness, short process, low price, and without side effects.更多还原
