【摘要】 目的:评价急性心肌梗死(AMI)造影的特点,比较不同年龄组之间的差剃。方法:本文搜集了自2004年4月至2006年6月确诊AMI并于发病12小时内进行冠脉造影检查的病例。分析造影提示的梗塞相关血管病变、其他血管病变的性质和特点,同时分析短期预后。结果:本研究共有118个病人入选。按年龄共分两组:其中>50岁为第1组,≤50岁为第2组。其中>50岁占81.4%,余下的年龄≤50岁。冠脉相对正常的病变第2组比第1组更多见,P<0.05,差别显著。以固定狭窄≥50%为标准计算,分析LM、LAD、LCX、RCA4支主要血管受累情况,第1组平均受累血管(2.3±0.9)支,第2组为(1.9±0.8)支,P<0.05,2组之间差别显著。共死亡6例,均为第1组。结论:本文研究提示AMI年轻病人病变程度轻于相对年长人群,且短期预后好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the differential features of acre myocardial infarction in younger patients compared to older ones according to the result of CAG.Methods: From April in 2004 to June in 2006, patients who were hospitalized with a diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction and performed CAG in the first 12 hours from chest pain were registered in the study. Their age, gender, coronary lesion and short-term prognosis were analyzed.Results: During the study, 118 patients were registered. They were divided into >50 year-old group and ≤50 year-old group,. 81.4% of the patients in the study were >50 year-old, and the rest was ≤50 year-old. The coronary arteries were more often normal in group B than group A(9.1%: 1.0% P<0.05). The difference was significant. Coronary lesions were classified as one-vessel, two -vessel, three-vessel and left main disease according to the number and site of lesions with ≥50% diameter stenosis in the left anterior descending(LAD), left circumflex(LCX), the right coronary artery(RCA) or the left main(LM). Three- vessel lesion, LM lesion tended to be higher in group A than group B(2.3±0.9):(1.9±0.8), P<0.05. All 6 died patients were from group B.Conclusions:Our findings indicated that younger patients had more gently lesions than older ones as well as a better short-term pronosis.更多还原
