【摘要】 目的:对比研究重叠国产Partner与Cypher药物洗脱支架治疗冠状动脉长病变的疗效。方法:自2005年1月至2008年1月,128例患者接受了重叠国产Partner支架,104例患者接受重叠Cypher支架作为对照组。比较两组临床事件发生情况。结果:两组在1年、2年的主要临床事件无显著差异。结论:重叠国产Partner雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架与重叠Cypher支架的临床疗效相同,临床效果好,可治疗冠状动脉长病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of overlapping homemade Partner vs cypher sirolimus eluting stents to treat diffuse disease of coronary arterial lesions. Methods:From Jan.2005 to Jan.2008, 128 patients with diffuse de novo coronary lesions underwent overlapping homemade Partner sirolimus eluting stents therapy were matched with the other 104 patients receiving overlapping cypher sirolimus eluting stents therapy. Clinical characteristics and follow-up results were compared between the two groups. Results:Partner stent group had more three-vessel lesion and hyperlipoidemia patients, the rest aspects of baseline features in the two groups were similar. 1-year and 2-year follow-up were all similar. Conclusion:Overlapping homemade Partner sirolimus eluting stents in patients with a diffusely coronary arterial lesions is relatively safe and associated with good clinical outcomes.更多还原
