【摘要】 目的:探讨高龄白内障患者超声乳化术的临床疗效、术前全身疾病、术后并发症等情况。方法:选择80岁以上符合手术条件的白内障患者300例,行白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术。结果:经术后(2～12)个月随访,视力恢复良好。视力>0.05而<0.3者29例,占9.7%;视力>0.3者265例,占88.3%,视力无变化者6例,占2%。结论:高龄白内障患者因老年性病理生理性改变,同时大多合并全身性疾病,实施超声乳化术存在较大的手术风险。但是,只要准备充分,各个环节措施到位,仍可采取积极的手术治疗,并取得较理想的复明效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of phacoemulsificationin advanced aged cataract patients.Methods: A total of 300 cases over 80 years old,who were suitable for operation, underwent phacoemulsification and intraocuiar lens implantation..Results:In the follow-up visit from 2 to 12 months after the operation, we found that the majority of the patients attained a comparely good visual acuity. Of all the patients, 29 cases were between 0.05 and 0.3,whch account for 9.7%, 265 cases were better than 0,3, which account for 88.3% and 6 patients’eyesight changed unconspicuously, which account for 2%.Conclusion:For the pathophysioiogy changes and other disease, the risk of the eye operation performed on the advanced age patients with cataract exists objectively .But the prognosis can be also good if the operation was well prepared.
