【摘要】 目的:对207例妊娠期皮肤病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨妊娠期皮肤病对孕妇及围生儿的危害。方法:回顾分析1999年1月至2008年11月我院收治的207例妊娠期皮肤病患者的临床资料。结果:两组孕产妇平均年龄、孕产次及学历层次比较,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。流产、早产、胎膜早破、剖宫产及产褥感染率,组间各并发症发生率比较结果,病例组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。围生儿结局比较,两组胎儿生长受限发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。病例组中胎儿窘迫、胎死宫内及新生儿窒息发生率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期皮肤病相对于健康妊娠妇女有较高的母婴并发症发生率。应根据孕妇及围生儿情况,进行对症治疗,同时密切监测孕妇及围生儿病情变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Carries on review analysis to 207 example gestation period skin disease patient’s clinical material, discussion gestation period skin disease and encircles to the pregnant woman lives the harm. Methods: The review analyzed January, 1999 to November, 2008 I the courtyard admitting 207 example gestation period skin disease patient’s clinical material. Results: Two groups of pregnant women average ages, are pregnant produce the time and the school record level comparison, the group the comparison difference non-statistics significance (P>0.05), has the commeasurability. The miscarriage, the premature delivery, the fetal membrane early broken, the c-section and the child’s bed infection percentage, the group various complications formation rate comparison result, the case group are higher than the control group obviously, the difference have statistics significance (P<0.05). Encircles lives the result comparison, two group of embryos grow are limited the formation rate comparison difference non-statistics significance (P>0.05). In the case group the fetal distress, in the embryo dead palace and the newborn suffocate the formation rate to be higher than the control group obviously, the difference have statistics significance (P<0.05). Conclusion: The gestational skin symptoms have the high maternal infant complication formation rate regarding the healthy pregnancy woman.
