【摘要】 目的:建立一种实时定量PCR方法检测XIAP mRNA的表达水平,探讨其与胃癌发生发展的可能关系。方法:采用SYBR Green I逆转录实时荧光定量PCR检测41例胃癌组织和癌旁组织XIAP mRNA的表达。结果:XIAP基因在胃癌组织中的表达水平明显高于其在癌旁组织的表达(P<0.01);表达水平与肿瘤的恶性程度及淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:XIAP的高表达可能与胃癌的发生发展及预后有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Establishes one real-time quota PCR method to examine XIAP mRNA the expression level,discusses it to have the development possible relations with the stomach cancer. Methods:Uses SYBR Green Ⅰ counter duplication real-time fluorescence quota PCR to examine nearby 41 example stomach cancer organization and the cancer organizes XIAP mRNA the expression. Results: The XIAP gene in the stomach cancer organizes the expression level to be higher than it obviously the expression which organizes nearby the cancer(P<0.01); Expression level and tumor malignant degree and lymph node shift remarkable related(P<0.05).
