【摘要】 目的:建立健足片中芍药苷含量的测定方法,对健足片进行质量控制。方法:RP-HPLC法对赤芍进行含量测定,色谱条件为Hypersil ODS2柱(4.6×150mm,5μm)流动相:甲醇-0.05%:磷酸溶液(24:76);检测波长:233nm;桂温:30℃;流速:1.0mL/min。结果:测得健足片中芍药苷平均含量为1.241mg/g,RSD%为1.83;平均回收率为98.92%.RSD%为2.70。结论:方法重复性良好,可用于健足片的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method of detemining Paeoniflorin in Jian Zu tablets. Methods: The Paeoniflorin of Jian Zu tablets was determined simultaneously by HPLC. Hypersil ODS2analylical column,Methanol-0. 05% phosphoric acid was eluted with a gradient program and detected at 233nm. the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature at 30℃. Results: Relationship among the concentrations and the peak areas of Paeoniflorin Was linear respectively, the quantity contained of Paeoniflorin in Jian Zu tablets was 1. 241 mg/g The RSD of precision,repeatability and recovery were all less than 3%.
