【摘要】 目的:掌握和了解桂林市象山区象山街道办事处所辖四个社区内妇女常见病、多发病的患病率,为社区内防治妇女疾病提供依据,并制定相应的干预措施。方法:对辖区内自愿接受妇检的2 262人进行妇女病普查。并对普查结果进行分析。结果:共普查2 262人,普查率53.26%,患病人数1 529人,患病率67.60%,位居前三位的疾病分别是乳腺疾病(以乳腺增生为主)、宫颈炎、阴道炎。结论:妇女病普查对早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗各种妇科疾病有重要意义。要加强全民卫生健康宣教工作,提高妇女的保健意识,加强妇女病普查力度,提高服务质量,及早发现并治疗危害妇女健康的疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To master and understand women’s common and frequently-occurring disease rate of the four communities administered by Xiangshan Subdistrict Office in Xiangshan District, Guilin City in order to provide basis on gynecological disease prevention and cure in the communities,then lay down appropriate intervention measures. Methods:Have general gynecological disease investigation for 2 262 persons who are willing to accept women’s health checkup and analyse the results. Results:The total of general investigation is 2 262,the rate of general investigation is 53.26%,the amount of falling-ill is 1 529,the disease rate is 67. 6%,The first three kinds of discase are breast disease( mainly mammary hyperplasia),cervical inflammation and vagina inflammation. Conclusions: General gynecological disease investigation has very important significance for early discovering,early diagnosing and early curing all kinds of gynecological disease. So it is important to strengthen national health propaganda and general gynecological disease investigation,improve women’s health sense and the service, discover early and cure the disease which does harm to women’s health.更多还原
